The First Ever Holiday Market

Congratulations on being selected for our first ever Holiday Market Downtown Ybor December 2nd and 3rd 11am-6pm located at 1702 E 5th Ave.! 

This listing is for either December 2nd or December 3rd. Selection of booths will go out the week of the market. We're giving vendors that are available for both dates preference on spaces first but you'll be just behind and there's no bad spot in the warehouse!

If you are able to do both dates on December 2&3 please let us know! We'll get you a link to pay and choose your space right away. 

This event is located in a large 20,000 sq ft warehouse that we are renovating and have partnered with Unation to sell over 10,000 tickets for this event! We are so excited. With this expansion comes tons of instagram walls, lounges, interactive art projects and more! 

ALL BOOTHS ARE 8x8 feet

$200/day - Booth
$250/day - Premium Booth
$250/day - Corner booth
$250/day - Food Booth
$300/day - Food trucks

Use code TWODAY to receive a $50 discount for renting the same booth both Saturday and Sunday.

Choose your booth space from the drop down menu. If you are going to attend both dates of the market, be sure to have BOTH dates (of the same booth number) in your cart before checking out so that you can receive the $50 discount. If you have trouble checking out with your booth, go back and refresh the page to make sure the booth has not sold out while you were checking out. 

NOTE: Our team may need to adjust your booth slightly if you are next door to a similar booth. We will give preference to those vendors that bought their booth first but will work hard to ensure you have a similar booth location.

General Admission Tickets - $7 in online  $10 cash at door (visitors may visit website and buy tickets outside) - This allows us to capture their data. 

Vendors will receive a 10% discount coupon for tickets and receive 10% of ticket sales for all tickets with the coupon code is used. This will be paid the week after the event. 

FRIDAY:
Early Set up -
10am-6pm (no security over night but the building will be locked)

SATURDAY:
Set up/check in/drop off - 7:00 - 9:30am 
All vendors must be checked in by 8:30am
SET UP BY 9:30AM
Market Open - 10:00am-6:00pm
Tear Down Time: 6:00pm-8:30pm (no security over night but the building will be locked)

SUNDAY:
Set up/check in/drop off - 7:00 - 9:30am 
All NEW vendors must be checked in by 8:30am
SET UP BY 9:30AM
Market Open - 10:00am-6:00pm
Tear Down Time: 6:00pm-10:00pm
